They should see the Administration (Dome shaped building) ahead and slightly to their right.
After turning they should see a fountain and the Walker Science Building straight ahead. As they proceed toward the fountain and Walker Science Building, they should walk as if they are going toward Barnes and Noble and walk along the side of the Walker Science Building. There are three glass doors located on the side of the Walker Science Building. They need to pass the first door on their left, then the second, and turn and go in the third …show more content…
door. When they enter the building there are stairs on the right. They should proceed upstairs to the second floor. They should go to the Chemistry Tutorial Center (Rm. 238). There is a door in that leads to an adjacent room; they go into that room and they will find the object on top of the bookshelf. Most of the directions we received we decently clear. The pepper grinder was fairly difficult to find just off of the GPS coordinates, but our group worked together very well and found it.
Some of the directions such as the directions to find the green pipe cleaner were very clear but could have been stated more concisely. There were also a few instances where if we had read the directions more carefully things would have made sense sooner. To decide what order we were going to find the items in, we decided to go toward the farthest item first (the mason jar) then work our way back toward Arthell Kelly Hall. On our way to the mason jar we stopped and found the item in Cook Library. Next we found the Mason jar on Longleaf Trace and then headed toward the Payne Center to find the green pipe cleaner. After the Payne center we headed to Fraternity Row to find the pepper grinder because the Payne center is close to Fraternity Row. Next we headed to Danforth Chapel to find the Darth Vader figurine. Finally, we went to the Fine Arts Building because it was the closest to Arthell Kelly Hall. Our group worked together well and spread out well to find the items; however, there may have been a more time efficient way to go about finding these
items.
