No uniforms in school.
Teenagers in this generation are very outspoken, unique, creative individuals and their clothes show that. Every student has their own taste and style when it comes to what they wear. You could tell a persons mood by what they are wearing. You could tell if a person is fun and out going, or dull and boring, just by what they wear everyday. But, if everyone in school had to wear the same thing how could we tell anything about them? We couldn't. Which is why uniforms shouldn't be in schools. A student can't express themselves if they can't wake up in the morning and pick out what they're going to wear that day. A popular hobby is to go shopping. People go out and buy clothes that they think will portray them, and their characteristics. Some jewelry, or accessories such as scarfs, shoes, headbands, etc just wouldn't cut it. You need a whole outfit to get your point all the way across. Something else that teenagers really enjoy is music. The kind of music someone listens to also can show what kind of person they are. If someone was to wear a "band tee" then they are expressing what music they like, and another student could see the shirt and have a mutual liking of the band/artist on it, compliment it, and just like that you have a new friend. Everyone could use more friends in this day and age. Another reason what uniforms shouldn't have to be worn is, students may feel uncomfortable in them. Say they were up all night the night before doing work for classes and just want to throw on some sweat pants and a sweatshirt the next morning, but couldn't, so they'd be uncomfortable and unable to focus that day. Most teenaged girls and even guys like to be okay with they way they look in the clothes that they are wearing. Uniforms may not be complimenting to their shape and size, so that would also feel uncomfortable, and still unable to focus. Students should be able to feel
