How to Make a Fruit Smoothie
Introduction
Fruit smoothies are beneficial to one’s health and are also a filling snack that is easy to make. People who want to be healthier and enjoy fruit can put anything that they want into their smoothies to make it to their taste preference. However, in order to make the perfect delicious smoothie, they are a few simple steps that one must follow. Here are the instructions to making the perfect fruit smoothie in just 5 minutes.
Assumptions
Audience knows how to shop at a super market, how to use a blender, and how to measure ingredients properly.
Materials
1 frozen banana
½ cup of vanilla yogurt
2-3 tablespoons of honey
1 cup of milk
½ cup of orange juice knife box of frozen strawberries or raspberries blender freezer
Directions
Step 1: Buy 1 banana, a pint of milk, vanilla yogurt, orange juice, and honey in order to make the smoothie. Also, depending on the preference, buy either a box of strawberries or raspberries.
Step 2: Go home and wash all of the fruit so that it is properly clean. Then place fruit in freezer for an hour.
Step 3: After an hour, the fruit should be frozen. Unpeel the banana and slice the banana into about eight even pieces using a knife. Place slices of bananas into a blender. Do not turn the blender on yet.
Step 4: Take a measuring cup and place two cups of either the frozen strawberries or raspberries into the blender. Makes sure that when using strawberries, the green leaves are removed.
Step 5: Then take a liquid measuring cup and pour 1 cup of milk into the blender. Still, do not turn the blender on.
Step 6: Take a ½ measuring cup and fill it with the vanilla yogurt. Place it into the blender, but still do not turn it on.
Step 7: Place ½ of a cup of orange juice into the blender, but do not turn it on.
Step 8: Take 2 to 3 tablespoons of honey and place into blender.
Step 9: Now plug the blender into the electric circuit
