Gordon than told investigators that moments later he heard a gunshot that came from behind him. Billy Lovelady was an employee who was working in the Texas School Depository on November 22, 1963.
Billy said he was he was on the front steps as he heard that President Kennedy was going to be driving to the Dealey Plaza. He saw President Kennedy come around the corner in his car with motorcycles as well. Billy heard the first shot and he told investigators that the gunshot came from the “concrete little deal on the knoll”. Billy appeared in one of the photos that was taken by a newspaper meaning that he didn’t lie about being there. Lee E. Bower was on a high tower in on November 22, 1963 and tried to get an overall view of the parade that President Kennedy was attending in Dallas, Texas. Lee told investigators that three cars had trespassed into the parade right after President Kennedy passed. He then looked to the other side and said that there were two men near the fence and one of them was in a light colored suit. He also told investigators that right after these three cars trespassed and the two men were there near the fence the gunshots
began. These three eyewitness were not the only ones that witness the assassination of President Kennedy but there were many others as well. Investigators worked really hard to find President Kennedy’s assassinator and had found Lee Harvey Oswald was the killer. They didn’t arrest him because Lee was assassinated by Jack Ruby two days later after Lee was sent to a county jail. John F. Kennedy would always be remembered to have been a great president for America who inspired optimism for the next generation.
