Research numerous sources to obtain the data you need to write a MBA thesis.
Your MBA thesis is a major requirement that must be met in order for you to graduate from most MBA programs. Your thesis should cover a topic of business that you're personally interested in and be somewhat relevant to today's business climate. Once you have chosen a manageable thesis topic that is easy to research and meets all program-specific requirements for your MBA, writing the actual thesis can seem like a formidable task at first; however, once you break it down into steps, it will seem easier to accomplish.

Perform the research that will prove your thesis statement. You should use several sources that provide both quantitative and qualitative data, citing each data source throughout the paper as necessary. You can also obtain research from primary research sources by conducting interviews or attending relevant seminars and conferences. * 2
Create an outline that will drive the organization of information in your written thesis document. You should begin with a thesis abstract, which is a four- to five-sentence overview of your thesis that aims to draw the reader in to the rest of the paper. * * 3
