Hrm Plan for a Retail Establishment
Enhance
Human Resource Management

Human Resource Management Strategic Plan
Company: Enhance “enhance yourself”
Chief Competition: Heartbreaker, Charlotte Ruse, and Target
Product/Service: Small boutique hoping to grow from a small location in Minnesota to all around the Midwest and beyond from there. Enhance is a retail store that specializes in high fashion looks for low affordable prices. Enhance specializes in brand named jeans along with Enhances own designed jeans along with accessories to match any wardrobe we offer.
Transformational
Enhance is a retail store and retail stores are constantly changing to keep up with the most current trends. There is always something different happening and the work load, projects and tasks assigned change very often. The easiest comparison to our store would be heartbreaker which I would define as a transformational company as well.
Mission: Enhances staff are passionate about the clothes they sell. We always work to do the little things that make a big difference to our customers. We wish to give the modern day fashionista the ability to Enhance their wardrobe and make a bold statement in the process. We provide exciting, fashion-forward merchandise that appeal to a broad range of customers, with a core emphasis on the lifestyle trends of young women in their teens to twenties.

Culture: Diversity is individuality. It’s a wide spread spectrum of traits, including personal style, age race, gender, ethnicity, language, physical ability, religion, family which makes enhance a friendly place to work and we do not see any of these traits interfering with an effective job performance. We wish to at all times have high fashion looks from our employees we want our guest to relate to the person they are being helped from.

Beliefs: To become the top retail store in the Midwest Enhance needs to stay ahead in today’s ultra-competitive retail market to do this we have challenged ourselves to become more
