The new owner Kevin Bradly, who earlier on in life lived their when it was an orphanage, is well known in the real estate business and is the owner of Bluff City Properties. According to Amy Pearson’s article from the Winona Daily News, Mr. Bradly did not have any fixed plans for the house other than maintaining its exterior and interior appearance, along with hopefully continuing to host community events (15/16). It is unknown as to when but, the sorority Delta Phi Epsilon from Winona State University has taken up residence in the house, making good use of the 24 bedrooms and large living space. However, because of the continuous upkeep and maintenance to the exterior and interior of the mansion, future residents of and visitors to Winona will be able to admire it just as generations have for over one hundred
