Aim of project

To find out the procedures for recruiting employee
To discover whether the procedure use in the company are effective

Two function of the human resource office:

Appraisal - appraisal is aimed to assess each employee of performances of their specific task for a certain period. They will identify the strength and weakness with a view to better their future.

Deployment- is the transferred of an employee to another position in the company. This often coincides with a restricting of department and functions within the business
