If the health care in prisons is exceptional then why are the detained showing symptoms of post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, lack of concentration, early signs of schizophrenia, loss of memory and various other symptoms. And also have mentally ill immigrants be screened by psychiatrists to see if they really are a danger. Therefore the mentally ill should be allowed to have proper care whether it is communal based treatment or a mental hospital. The prisons are just an unneeded addition to a problem that is already sophisticated enough. However the violations of human rights must be dealt with as soon as possible for the public includes the mentally ill and other immigrants.
