You will find that hypnosis MP3s are usually about 30 minutes long, and the first 15 minutes are spent getting you into a relaxed state. Therefore, don't lay down to do a hypnosis session. The chances of you falling asleep are very high, and even though your subconscious mind may still hear the messages that are being said, you won't be able to consciously remember them, which is important. Why? If you have someone on the hypnosis who knows NLP, you will be introduced to a technique that you can use in your everyday life, and you will want to remember what that technique is.

This is a fun one that everyone can use in their spare time. Simply visualizing what you want to happen in your life can help your subconscious mind to feel as if it is already happening. The subconscious mind does not distinguish between true or false, research has shown us this, so if you are visualizing something strong enough, it will feel as if you are already doing it and store it as something that is a part of your life. It will reshape your reality.

Therefore, make positive visualization a permanent part of your life.
