I Want To Become Staff Essay
Why do you want to become staff?:
Throughout my time on the Faithful network, I have felt as if the staff has always taken care of me and the players around me. I hope to be able to become a big part of the forums both in the game and on the forums. I have always had a tendency to go out of my way to help and do whatever I can to help people. Becoming a staff member on Faithful is just another step to doing exactly that. I want to become staff because I simply want to make the experiences people have on the server better. Becoming a staff member on Faithful would allow me to further grow as both a person and become a better staff member. I would like to take this opportunity to broaden my knowledge of the game. When I look at Faithful I see

With the thought of becoming staff, I can't help but realize that instead of being the one reporting the hackers I would be the one watching and banning them. I want to be the person that the community is able to look towards to have themselves helped with whatever issues they have. Being a part of a network such as Faithful is somewhat of a learning experience and if I do have the opportunity to be granted a chance it would be amazing. I am a hard-working individual and always do the best work that I can. My dedication and motivation to help a server are what will keep me going on my journey through this server. To be able to interact and assist players of the servers is something that I especially want to do. Throughout my time playing Minecraft I have always wanted to be able to help others. Being staff on a server as big and complex as faithful is something that I have always strive for. Besides helping myself and the players I'd like to be able to do everything I can to continue the success of the server. My experiences as a staff member would be able to better help to organize and keep the forums running smoothly. Also, I would love to be able to keep the teamspeak moving smoothly allowing for players to get their problems fixed faster and allow for an

Since age eleven, the military was single handedly the only career field I could possibly fathom myself going into. Upon coming to and registering for Blackman High School, joining JROTC was a no brainer. Especially when I learned I could take this class in substitution for gym class. JROTC is more than a class; it is a program all its own and within it are kids with a future. I would like to believe that JROTC is greatly contributing to this and really guiding us as students in the right direction. Even if our sights are set on something other than the military after graduating high school, JROTC looks great on a college application. Not only in that does it make a positive impact on those, but in ourselves as individuals as well. JROTC teaches us confidence, integrity, respect, and leadership skills. This is my first year in JROTC and I am very new to it all, but I am eager to take away from it precisely that. I trust this program to teach me to be not only a leader, but also a good follower with teamwork skills and confidence in my peers. Being in the company of such great people, both students and staff, I feel I am on the right path to be taking action on learning so.…

Growing up, seeing my mother and godmother aspiring to become medical assistants began to enhance my interest in the medical field. Skimming through their textbooks intrigued me on how the human body is extremely complex yet I found it to be so captivating. As time progressed, I became even more intrigued in pursuing a career in the medical field. Thus, when I was accepted to Hillcrest High School’s Pre-Med Program I was elated to see that I was now one step closer. Taking rigorous science courses such as Anatomy, Med-Lab and Microbiology, heightened my enthusiasm as I had finally begun to prepare for my future endeavours. My interest in a Resident Assistant position comes from my desire to help. I was born with a very strong sense of empathy and if I see that a person is struggling I do all that I can do to alleviate them. Whether it is a person with a learning disability who struggled in class to the “weirdo” in high school who just wanted a friend, I’ve been there for them. Nothing is more painful to me than seeing a person being mistreated, under respected or neglected and I do all I can to protect people from this. My goal is to make every person feel as if they have someone on their side, someone rooting for them and someone who cares about them. To me, nothing is more rewarding than to be that someone’s “someone”. I believe that all people, no matter their pasts, deserve this. As a Resident Assistant, I feel that my helpful nature will be put to good use. I want to be there for students who need advice, who need a friend, who need help getting settled into their new lives. For many, the transition into college is not an easy one and I feel that as a Resident Assistant I can be of great support to any and all who need it.…

As a child growing up I think I always wanted to work in the medical field, seeing my mother as a LPN. I also have always had a natural interest in the medical field because I like to watch a lot of ER and hospital shows. At first I didn’t really know what health career I wanted to pursue. I just knew that I liked being in the healthcare class and learning about the different health science careers and what they do. I think a medical office administration assistant would be a very good career for me because I am very helpful and can always be counted on when people need me. This is not my only career choice, it’s just the first I want to pursue. One year after graduation I will hopefully have my medical assisting certificate or at least be working on getting it. Around my five year mark I want to try to get a degree from a nursing school and become licensed as a registered nurse. After that I will try to specialize in pediatrics, so I can be a pediatric nurse. In ten years, I want to get my nurse practitioners license, so that I could work directly with a pediatrician.…
