I Would Change Gary's Personality
4. I would change Gary’s personality through his work and personal life. I would work with Gary to reinforce his accomplishment and communion strivings. Gary worked as a tour guide of a tourist company in Chicago. He partnered with a friend to do business. However, Gary was never aware of the finances and accounting of their company. He was irresponsible and careless about his job. His partner had arguments with him but Gary never said anything and never improve in the workplace. At the end of the movie when Gary realized that he wanted to stay with Brooke, he changed. He stayed up overnight filling the book of the accounts of the company. Me, as a partner or manager, I would not give Gary the opportunity to fix his irresponsibility he had
