Topic 1:. Identify and evaluate your personalities by using the Big Five Model (use a free online website). Write a paper providing your thoughts on the results and explain how the results can help you in personal and professional development.

I/ Introduction
1. Why do I choose this topic? The reason why I choose this topic is I am curious about how Big Five evaluates people’s personalities, (particularly, my personalities) as well as how it relates to job.
2. The objectives of my paper In this assignment, I try evaluating my personalities using Big Five, discovering its relation to my job and finding direction to develop my career..
II/ Methodology
1. Theory used: Big Five Big Five is a common method used for evaluating people’s personalities. Contrasted with another method of evaluating personalities, MBTI, it is more related to job than MBTI. Personalities are evaluated in 5 factors of Big Five: extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability, openness to experience.
2. Method to gather data I use Google to search information on Internet, read textbook. I searched by Google and found a website providing Big Five test: www.tmc.edu.vn/test/test.big5.php There are 44 questions in the questionnaire. Every question, there are 5 options: totally disagree, slightly disagree, neutral, slightly agree, totally agree in turn appearing from left to right. I just can choose one out of 5 options. Think carefully and decide on precisely is necessary if I want to get the true result. Questions are in Vietnamese, so easy to understand and pick up the answers.
