My ideal organization should have a “Strong Culture” and an Excellent Culture”. Excellent organizations reacts quickly and does not waste time, they have high concerns for their customers, they are productive, hands on and value-driven, focused, efficient and they and are united. I do not really care about “markers” such as uniforms. I prefer to be able to dress freely. When it comes to my co-workers I think that age does not matter, I will treat them fairly and equally no matter how young how old they are and I wish to be treated the same by my co-workers.
The organization will have a leader that is just like many organization. Leaders who are charismatic, authoritative, responsible, knowledgeable, discipline and many more, the list goes on and on. But, they have a touch of something more. They must be people who want and are willing to discover and experience new things. People who are brave, who are willing to listen and be a form of support to the other members of the organization and they must practice equity. I will be able to work best with these type of leader, leaders that falls into McGregor 's theory Y. I will be able to work best with these type of leader, leaders that falls into Douglas McGregor 's theory Y. Leaders that falls into McGregor 's Theory Y views that
