Identify and describe three strategies you can use to manage your time.

Create a work Schedule. This is a list of tasks that have all been allocated a timeframe in which to be completed or contributed to. These schedules can be reviewed and also set out on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and allow you to set blocks of time for each task. There are different tools you can use to create a schedule, for longer term schedules you could use scheduling software, calendars or planners. For the short term you would likely use a Diary, Planner or a PDA.
Keep a time log. This enables you to keep an itemized log of time spent on each task throughout the day. It enables you to review and quickly identify areas that you need to improve in.
Identify and describe five traits of effective leaders.
Effective leadership is when you are able to communicate well with your team, be diplomatic when you need to be and stick to your guns, but still be open to suggestions and willing to change your opinions. Being punctual is another important part of Effective Leadership. This is important because it enables you to organise your day, inspect, identify and resolve or put measures in place to remedy issues before your team arrives at work. The extra organisation achieved will reflect in your ability to quickly adjust your daily schedule, showing your team that being organised and tidy leads to greater efficiency and a more positive environment to work. Enthusiasm for your job is a must. Show your team that you enjoy your work and be positive and interactive with your team. Being capable and willing to carry out the tasks you are asking of your team will drastically increase and reinforce that you have broad knowledge, which is important also to maintain a positive

A good leader will set the example, by staying calm and confident, to the rest of the team members. Team members always follow by example, so a good leader must contain a positive attitude.
