If Louise Is The Next To Blame For Jenny's Actions?

After reading this case study, I believe Jenny is responsible for her actions and overall grade. I understand when you're trying to juggle work, family, and school it can be a lot to handle and stressful; however; that's something you have to deal with when you decide to add on other commitments to your life. Jenny went from doing good in school to bad because she didn't make time and changes for school as things started to changed within her work life.

1. Jenny is absolutely the most responsible for her actions. Instead of trying to work around her new schedule she decided to take the easy way out by plagiarizing. As an adult, Jenny knows right from wrong. She knew the policy and consequences so she's held accountable for everything.
2. Gloria is responsible next because as a friend, she should have talked to Jenny about her time management and helped her figured out a way to fit a family, school, and work into her schedule instead of encouraging her to plagiarize. Gloria gave Jenny some bad advice instead of motivating her to do the assignment herself.
Louise is the next to blame because she provided the websites to buy the papers. She cheats all the time and doesn't get caught so she passing on what works for her. If Louise never told Gloria about the websites, Gloria probably would have never suggested the idea to Jenny.
3. Tom did increase Jenny’s workload and to her is the reason she can’t do well in school but she didn't tell him what was going on in her life either. In my opinion, if Tom knew Jenny’s new responsibilities or issues she had with the new work schedule he would have worked around
