If people didn't take immunizations, disease would spread and epidemics of many kinds would be all over the world. If epidemics spread many people would die and food would be contaminated and the people who ate that food would die and so on and so forth. The ones that don't they have health insurance there are many opportunities to get vaccinated from local pharmacies or places that offer them.
