Eagle’s Nest Hotel Inc is In order to improve Eagle’s Nest Hotel Inc high quality service, we selected to build up leisure part as the best idea. Human resource department plays a important role in a successful implement. In this activity, Human resource department has corporation with marketing&sale department, operation department and financial department. HR department will force on staff recruitment staff training, monitoring, evulation and staff re-allocation.
