We are finding that more and more customer are wanting to do business online. It would be great, if we would direct our customer to look at up our information on our website. But its seems many customer have a hard time finding it, unfortunately our website provide no trips advice and isn't equipped to sell adventures.
If customers want to buy a tour package with us, they currently need to order via phone using credit card, this means many of our sale staffs will stuck working in the office answering the phone instead of finding outside customers.
We are seeing more competition from other online service and at risk of losing market share if we don't do something about it. A customer asked that they could pay in a bitcoin currency on today. Maybe this is an opportunity for us to gain more customers. I need help from your team to find out more about the eCommerce.

I work hard at keeping our marketing plan and activities in line with strategies of the organisation. Each of our department has their own database to manage part of the system.
My job can be difficult at times because I can’t get easy access to sales figures and budget data to make informed decisions. If I had direct access to the information from our sales and purchasing department then I could make much more exciting and innovative marketing campaigns. ● Ken the Branch Manager
After implementing a new database which much greater control over the data in each of our stores. however we are struggling to access data from other stores at office when we need it.
For example we cannot easily find out stock levels of others without ringing up and wasting time. we need to have instant access to update information from all stores. recently a new competitor has emerge and is providing very similar service to animal adventures. i feel that we need
