at the bottom of the earth, and is pretty much a barren desert. Because coal needs a warm tropical climate to form, I think that 250 million years ago, Antarctica was at one point very close to the equator and was abundant in plant life. My third and final piece of evidence is climate.
Like I just stated, Antarctica would have had to be close to the equator in order to have coal. But, massive scratches in the earth found in Africa may suggest that there might have been some glacier activity. But, just like Antarctica today, Africa is has a very warm climate that could not have possibly been able have glaciers on it without them melting. But, I believe that Africa was once in a location much like Antarctica is today, where it was cold enough to support glaciers. So, I believe that instead of having climate zones shift around, It is in fact the continents that have shifted
instead. Sadly, even though I had solid evidence like matching up geographical land forms, or finding identical fossils found across continents, or even evidence of glacier like activity hot climates. I have failed to describe the mysterious force that is actually moving the continents around. So, many scientists have rejected my theory of continental drift.
