Attention getter: : Are any of you feeling stressed today?

Thesis statement: In order to manage stress, we would first need to know what could cause it and the psychical and mental signs.

General preview: To inform my audience of the signs of stress and how to manage it.

Preview: Just about everyone has been stressed at some point in their life to manage it first, we need to know what types of things can cause it, second, the psychical and mental signs of stress, third, exercises that reduce stress, and finally, scheduling and planning.

First main point: Everyday things in our lives have the potential to cause stress on our lives such as.
Sub point: Family is also something that can cause stress being that you are trying to work

Sub point: waiting to the last minute to complete an assignment. In addition, if you are in a relationship with your girlfriend /boyfriend it can cause you to stress.

Second min point: The different ways you can manage your stress. Sub point: Eat a healthy diet keeps your energy up by eating a well-balanced diet rich fruits, vegetables, whole grain and dairy products. NO JUNK FOOD. Sub point: Laugh, listen to music maybe your favorite Cd or Ipod mix can do wonders for your mood. Sub point: chewing gum induces habits, like nail biting and smoking. Sub point: Accept and adapt. Flexible people that are able to change, and adapt to fit new circumstances are able to handle stress much better than people with rigid mindsets are.
Fourth main point: Inadequate planning or scheduling can result in stress.
Sub point: Take Control over Time.
You will be much more able to deal with stress if you have a good handle on your job, relationships, and other activities. When you are in control, you are more inclined to stay focus and calm. Plan your time
