Innovation Essay: Smartphones
Innovation is the development of new customers value through solutions that meet new needs, inarticulate needs, or old customer and market needs in value adding new ways. To begin with, smartphones are the most innovative invention in human life. In addition, smartphones has been the most influential invention for human being because it enables you facilities like faster communication, keep updated with the news, watch videos and listen to music and send documents. Ten years ago, there were phones that you can only use it to call or text. For example, since many years ago technology was not developed, we were not able to access our phones and get the sources. Moreover, I feel that in some ways smartphones is a big creation because you can multitask all in your phone. Second, some characteristics of the smartphones like packaging, presentation, information and demonstration shows why people are so obsessed with smartphones today. Packaging is more presentable and it feels like you are really receiving a phone. For example, many years ago when you get a phone, they only give you the phone and you have to buy the chargers and earphones apart. The presentation and demonstration of the smartphones makes you think that if you get one, you will be able to fulfill your tasks. In addition, the benefit of having a smartphone is that they provide you with a guy, which teaches you how to use it for the first time. For the future, smartphones are going to be the best sellers because technology is changing so fast and the only technological advice that can be ahead are smartphones. The risks of having a smartphone are that people misused them and people do not have a social life because they will stick at the smartphone most of the time. However, the smartphone is beneficial if you use it to benefit your facilities, which means for work, calling, texting and searching resources. Finally, the risks can definitely be eliminated because for the future
