One thing that makes her stick out in my eyes is her care for others. Doesn’t matter if she knows the person or not she is there for them whenever needed. She is not only a boss to me but almost like a second mother she is teaching me things in the teaching world that no one else could. She does not always say go do this, go do that she asks me “hey how was your weekend”, “is everything going alright.” She knows when I am having an off day. She not only shows this towards me but towards all of our co-workers, and every child that walks through the door. With having a boss like her it makes me want to learn and be more like her everyday.
Another thing that I love about her is the way she works with the children. I know a lot of this might come with experience, but just to sit and watch her you learn more than you ever could from a book. Every explanation she gives to the children I think I could do that too, every critic is always the right one. She has amazing patients with the children which is just one of the many things that I have learned from her. She goes for the above and beyond for her children and because of that our school is amazingly what it is today. No matter how bad of a day she has had she will go out there and put a smile on for the children just to make sure that will make their day better. She does not realize how many people’s lives she has impacted
