Intake Deployment Letter
I wanted to follow-up on the intake paperwork for the youth in care. You explained yesterday of being in training, however we can not have the youth in the home without: intake documents, school information, personal items and medication. The foster parent is a big advocate of children going to school and having all necessary belongings at placement. I also emailed the MUSC Foster Support Clinic packet to get D. Wilson set up with an appointment for medication management and individual therapy sooner than later. I would like to avoid any possibility of another disruption for D. Wilson.
Thank you,

GW: At the time of the appointment, I was a member of the second Continental Congress and fighting had already broken out in Massachusetts and Congress wanted to raise an army quick, so they unanimously selected me for the task due to my previous participation in the French and Indian War. This was not a position that I wanted or sought out; instead I avoided it at all costs as is seen in my letter to Martha immediately following my appointment to commander-in-chief. Even though I could have declined I believed that doing so would have dishonored me and pained my friends (“Washington to Martha Washington” 1). I did not want to be away from my family nor did I think that I was worthy of the job yet out of a sense of duty for my country and a…

Values include human rights, individual difference, cultural diversity, equal opportunity, health and well being, educational, self esteem and resilience. The carer must be acutely aware of confidentiality, professional knowledge, and skills and training to perform her duties to the highest standards.
