One must learn to develop leadership abilities. Patients come to therapy for a solution. Physical Therapy is very competitive and what will distinguish one therapist from another would be the quality, knowledge the patients receive and whether you are trustworthy. The knowledge obtained would be dependent of how active of a student you were during school, your determination to learn and use of the knowledge gained.
