Integrity In Physical Therapy
Integrity for me defines who you are as person and how that shows through your acts. Doing what you say you will do, will make you stand out. Whether that is through your actions, being honest or virtuous and most importantly whether you are trustworthy or not.

One must learn to develop leadership abilities. A good leader is one who never compromises the type of individual they are and willing to do what is necessary so that the goals set by the team are met. A good leader is one who recognizes what their team is good at and have the ability to listen to each individual that comprises the team so that they can direct the best plan possible to meet their goals. Patients come to therapy for a solution. Physical Therapy is very competitive and what will distinguish one therapist from another would be the quality, knowledge the patients receive and whether you are trustworthy. The knowledge obtained would be dependent of how active of a student you were during school, your determination to learn and use of the knowledge gained. This enable you to apply knowledge and skills to benefit others to serve them better. Being honest and upright whether that is through whether that is through our actions or simply just in our hearts. An individual should have clear expectations for themselves and those they are leading. Expectations can be used to influence and get results by actively measuring performance, making specific statements and gaining respect and liability of those who put their trusts in us. Accountability is the tool through which one improves themselves every day. By taking responsibility for all of my actions and thoughts I give myself the power to refine all aspects of myself and in turn become better at anything I set my mind
