This shows that when I am in a situation when I need to be the leader, I am not afraid to tell my employers on what they need to work on and what they need to accomplish. But, “when making these decisions, I give a great deal of weight to the way my superior likes to have things done” (Handout, p.3). Also, when giving people commands I think that it is very important to know why I am giving those commands and making sure I have enough understanding to back it up. All these examples show that when assessing my Tacit Knowledge, I have realized that I am applying tactic knowledge to a wide range of circumstances.
Applying Emotional Intelligence with Tacit Knowledge correctly is an important skill as an employer. Knowing how to interact as a group member as a nurse in the hospital is key.
