Abstract: As we all are aware of that the only “change” is one constitute which is constant. Considering this fact we can see that the belief in women’s power is increasing day by day earlier women all over the world are challenged by a number of obstacles that restrict their ability to play significant roles in their communities and the broader society. Somewhere this situation is still their in India but even after facing all the challenges women are more ahead in successful manner.in this research paper I have explained what all challenges working women are facing in their day to day life.

Central to this process are actions which both build individual and collective assets, and improve the efficiency and fairness of the organizational and institutional context which govern the use of these assets
