Teamwork is often a crucial part of a business, as it is often necessary for colleagues to work well together, trying their best in any circumstance. Teamwork means that people will try to cooperate, using their individual skills and providing constructive feedback, despite any personal conflict between individuals.

Stages of teamwork development
There are four main stages in formation and development of teamwork, including: Formation, Obstacles, Standardization and Performance. * Formation: Individuals participate and create a team. Collection of different individuals is like beginning of social relationship. Common attitudes are eager, expectation, doubt, anxiety, … * Obstacles: Work begins to be implemented slowly, full of obstacles. Individuals express their characteristics, habits, preferences and start colliding with each other heavily. Conflicts arise and even lead to collapse of the team. Dissatisfaction level and feeling of discontent increases.
[Psychological management] considers this as the period of a human puberty. The individual with unacceptable behaviors has to be rejected in this stage. * Standardization: The conflicts and obstacles that exist are settled and resolved. Relationship becomes more stable. Standards are formed and completed. Individuals accept the reality of each other. Friendship is actually formed in this stage. Honesty and trust become more pronounced. * Performance: This is the highest stage of teamwork development. Trust, integration, bond. Eagerness is evident. Level of commitment is high. Every member has feeling of growth.
In later stage, if well maintained, team continues to perform excellence. If not, team will go on stage of Disintegration. The end of project is also brings team into this
