Describe the types of resources available for producing high quality and attractive documents
 High quality Photocopier and someone who has the skills to use it to ensure you get a neat and clear print each time.
 A scanner to ensure that you can scan the document with ease when you need to and are able to keep the original.
 A computer to process and operate all the above machines
 High quality software, and ensure that it is up to date.
 Tape, Folders, Binding machine depending on the you want the document to look like.
 Try and take high quality photos to ensure that they look more attractive with the modern software and formats you have used.
 Ensure you have a decent font size to ensure that everyone can see it.
 A simple layout and not a lot of words so it attracts people more.
2.2 Outline ways of using different resources to produce documents
Different resources to use documents could be:
- Ensure that the most up to date software is on your computer to show that you are modern and can produce high quality documents.
- Using recycles but good quality paper to show that you have a professional finish
- Having good equipment that is able to create high resolution documents and electronic images.
- A high quality printer can give you many options such as stapling, clear font, punch holes etc.
