Is Brutus Guilty
Brutus is guilty of premediated first degree murder

Hello, I am Taesuk Song and I will be persecuting Brutus for Premeditated First Degree Murder.
What if a candidate got assassinated by the assassins hired by other candidate? In addition to that, what if that candidate goes in public and reveal that he is the one who hired the assassins to kill the candidate because the other candidate is going to be bad president. The chance is that, most of the citizens will not support that candidate and she or he will not be elected to be the president. Also, Candidate will be under arrest and will be living in the cell. Although, this crazy story may sound like all made up, about 2millenniums ago in Rome there was similar story of assassination.
