is there life on other planet
Is there life on other planet?
The life in the Earth was created long before, even before the existence of human being. For many years, scientists have been researching if there is any life on other planets, or the Earth is only the planet that consist life. There is no sufficient evidence to prove that life on other planet exists, however, scientists have found some evidence of life on other planets like water on moon, old fossil, evideince of having some mocroscopic organism.
Evolutionists have different view about the origin and evolution of life (steady development of the diversity of living things from a common ancestor). Evolutionists say that living and non-living things arose from natural procedure, and they believe that life can exist on any place on the universe. “If life did arise on earth by itself, it would be inconceivable that this is the only planet upon which there is life” (Danny Faulkner). In recent years many scientists searched for extraterrestrial life in outer space, but there was no strong evidence for life in outer space. Yet, they believe, if life has existed from past in the Earth sustaining the climatic change of the Earth, there can be some evolution of life regarding to the climatic condition of other planets. Similarly, Darwin theory of evolution suggests “where life can take hold, it will”, so, one day we might see life on other planet adapting the environment.
We still don’t have any solid evidence of having life on other planet; nevertheless, scientist gathered some facts from which we can say some life may exist. Scientists have found tiny creatures that live without oxygen around the edge of volcanic vents. So, this evidence indicates that there might be life under similar conditions on other planets. Yet, Scientists have not found life so far; they merely found ingredients for the development of life. It is well said that life on Earth started from Ocean and lake. Likewise, there is strong evidence that water flowed once

Some scientists believe there was life on Mars due to a number of factors. For one we know there was at one point a substantial amount of liquid water when the planet was much younger. We also know Mars’s electromagnetic field has dampened, making it more susceptible to interstellar heat and radiation, thus eliminating the life that could have existed. There are also other several factors including volcanic activity and evidence of salt oceans.…

The origin of life on Earth is said to be from a single organism, which branched out to create everything there is today. A universal genetic code takes the similarities in organisms and compares them to suggest that each organism came from a single organism from early Earth. Although, this is just a theory, but can support the beginning of life.…

Are Aliens Real? Is there life on other planets? This is a question many people have considered at least once in their lifetime. According to Neil deGrasse Tyson author of “The Search for Life in the Universe,” all known cultures across all of the time have attempted to answer the question “are we alone?” According to Tyson, although Earth is the only known life in the universe there are many arguments that have been made that suggest that we are not alone (1) .…

This article relates to the biology class topic of life’s origin. Darwin postulated that all life that exists has descended from a common ancestor and that through the natural selection process, species adapted and evolved to bring about life that exists today. Life originates from the origin of cells since cells are the fundamental units of all life on Earth today and all cells are produced from cells that previously existed. The 3 major domains of life had a common ancestor whose genetic material consisted of DNA, which could be translated to RNA and then transcribed to proteins. Eukaryotes have evolved from prokaryotes. Evidence of a common ancestor lies in the similarities of the DNA sequences of genes. Although, not noticeable by the naked eye. All life today is…

People for years have been wondering and asking themselves if there really is some sort of life form anywhere else in the universe. I mean, the universe is huge so why not? Knowing that the NASA Curiosity Rover has found evidence that there once was a stream flowing vigorously across the surface of Mars. People can now see that there actually is a good chance that there is or has been life other than on the earth. If the scientist are…

And that life does have a mind of its own . . . a mind hinted at by the mystical aspects of quantum physics . . . a mind that is part and parcel of the material universe . . . a mind that is as close as you can get to God.…

“There is a way to be good again” (2) is not only a relapsed statement in Khaled Hosseini’s first novel, The Kite Runner, but also a reoccurring theme in his second novel, A Thousand Splendid Suns. Through the comparison of his two novels, the characters ultimately struggle to find their personal road to redemption. The protagonist of The Kite Runner, Amir returns to Afghanistan to redeem himself of a memory that has been haunting him for the past twenty-six years by saving his half-nephew, Sohrab. In A Thousand Splendid Suns, Mariam's endeavors to be redeemed are achieved through self-sacrifice - and having a reason to die for. Throughout the course of each of the characters’ lives, their ultimate goal is deliverance from past encounters. However, this does not come easily. They must endure hardships and somehow be hopeful that they will be redeemed.…

NASA does a “lot of different things” including looking for extraterrestrial life (NASA budget cuts, 2013). NASA has been on a mad hunt to try and find new life. A big accomplishment for NASA is that they have been able to find old microorganisms on Mars. This suggests that there has once been life on Mars. They are trying their hardest to try and get people living Mars. They have set up a program that allows people to sign up to live on Mars.…

You must have heard of bigfoot, the notchless monster, and especially aliens! The question whether or not there is life on Mars sparks up many arguments. So far there isn’t much evidence to proof whether life exists on Mars. Mars doesn’t have enough resources to keep an organism alive, which explains why nothing is interacting with its atmosphere. “Everything learned from space exploration thus far indicates that the knowledge lying in wait for those who manage to observe the universe from outside Earth's atmosphere will be far grander than anything uncovered to date.”. Although the evidence from Mars’ exploration indicates that life doesn’t exist there; the further exploration of space is necessary to help us humans on Earth to expand our…

Darwin's theory of evolution explains how life on Earth has changed over geological time. Scientists believe this is the reason why all living things on Earth exist today. The theory is supported by evidence from fossils, and by the rapid changes that can be seen to occur in microorganisms such as antibiotic-resistant bacteria. Many species have become extinct in the past and the extinction of species continues to happen.…

As I began reading the article written by Danny Faulkner, PhD, I found my self asking more questions than having questions answered. Dr. Faulkner states in his first paragraph that, “Many people make a distinction between the origin of life and the evolution of life.” What is this distinction and what does it mean for other theories moving forward? As I continued reading it became abundantly apparent that there was an on going theme in which he was writing around, religion vs. evolutionist theory. I feel Dr. Faulkner was making the argument that you can believe religion and say there is no life anywhere else in the universe, or you can be an evolutionist and say there has to be life on some other planet somewhere in the universe. I disagree, I fell you can believe in religion and believe there is life somewhere out there. This also brings up a very controversial thought, in my opinion. If we do find intelligent life out there, does that disprove religion? Or what if we do find intelligent life out there and they have the same religious views as us, same stories or very closely related stories and even a bible, would that prove religion as 100% and force scientists to take religion into account while moving forward with further exploration of the origins of man?…
