Jackson Johnson Research Paper
On the evening of September 15, 2017, Jackson Johnson, the father of a 10-month old baby, suddenly had a blood clot while riding his bicycle. He was found on the sidewalk in the countryside of Mississauga, Ontario. Jackson had a terrible blood clot while he was biking in the middle of Central Pkwy road with his baby around 8p.m. Although he experienced a great amount of pain, he still maneuvered his bicycle to the sidewalk in order to avoid other cars from hitting the baby. However, he lost his consciousness and hit his elbow on the ground. He was sent to a hospital by a man who passed by him. Unluckily, he didn’t make it. After he died, his doctor said:” He could have survived if he chose to get off the bike and lay down on the ground right after the blood clot happened instead of bearing the pain and moving the bike to the sidewalk.” Mr. Brown, the man who sent Jackson to the hospital, described:” There were lots of cars on the road at that time. Johnson moved his bicycle to the sidewalk in order to save his child; he displayed fatherly love.” …show more content…
