a. The first strength that Jayson Branch has that makes him a good leader is that he is very conceptually skilled. Jayson is able to see a situation and view a plan of action that enables him to create a step by step plan to achieve success. He is very knowledgeable in the industry that he works in and is able to explain himself in a manner that allows others to see this plan of success as well. An example of this trait was when I began working in his department. He brought me into his office to describe a specific way we perform a budgeting method. Jayson is also very tolerant of stress. In his role, much is demanded of him and often times he is expected to do more than he is capable. Rather than shut down and let the weight of his expectations over take him, he is able to prioritize and delegate. Every year we have to create an updated budget for the whole company for the upcoming year. This is a very long and tedious job, but Jayson is able to see the task at hand and break it up into smaller achievable goals.
