Jfk Last Speech Analysis
During History class, we watched a documentary on JFK’s last moments as well as his assassination. The movie first started with JFK attending a breakfast in Texas. He gives his final speech here and is presented with a cowboy hat. He does not put it on but promises to when he returns to his office Monday morning. He never did return there. Next, we see him reach Dallas and see the American people welcome him. They’re all ecstatic that he is there.
About a half hour later he is in the backseat of a convertible with his wife, the governor of Texas, and the governor’s wife. As they pass by the Texas School Depository, Lee Harvey Oswald shoots at the president twice. The president is first shot in the throat and then in the head. The bullet also

    Allegedly Lee Harvey Oswald was sitting on the sixth floor of a building as he shot three bullets at JFK, fatally wounding him. Thirty minutes later, JFK was pronounced dead at Dallas’ Parkland Hospital. His killer, Lee Harvey Oswald, tried to flee the scene. While doing so, he ended up killing a policeman that was trying to question him. He was finally caught, but he never made it to a court trial. As he was on his way to a more secure prison, Oswald was fatally shot by Jack Ruby, who was immediately detained. Consequently, Jack Ruby was originally sentenced to death, but the Texas Court of Appeals reversed the decision and Ruby would need to go back to court. Ruby never made it to his court date, due to lung cancer that killed him.
