First of all, Joe Newcomer natural tendencies are to be a discipline mature supervisor. He will give verbal warning first and then escalates depending on the offense occurred. He does not tolerate when subordinate challenges his authority. Once his authority is being challenge, has a direct one-way conversation. After, he does not let the subordinate express their feelings and is bias to his beliefs. In the contrary, Tina had been a good working, diligent employee. She wants to fit in with the crew when watching the other employees are being rude with the customers. She had been having some personal issues and does not let supervision know.
