Johnson & Johnson has become conscious of their impact on the environment and taken initiatives to reduce waste and create environmentally friendly products. The company has been able to raise awareness and concern about this disease by supporting fundraising activities, and being active in creating educational programs. Johnson & Johnson paired with Save the Children which allowed a healthy start and future in the lives of every baby. While working together in Uganda and Malawi, the company could train birth attendants on neonatal resuscitation for newborns, saving countless lives.
