Leadership Approaches to Complex Problems

A Human Resources Director’s position is described as the person who guides and manages the overall provision of all Human Resources services. This includes recruiting, performance management of the employees, employee compliance, and employee relations, just to name a few. Different companies have different needs and tasks for the Human Resource department but they all generally do the same thing. Healthfield,S. This is your general consensus of a HR Directors job. It is not surprising that a HR Director for a large health company would have major responsibility. You have to deal with internal issues as well as external issues. The first thing I would do as a HR director of a large health system with a bunch of problems building up would be to write a list of the known problems building up. Each issue that needs to be address would have subtitles of what the problem is and what needs to be done to resolve the problems. In my everyday life, I make lists of the things I need to handle and I attack them that way. This lets you know exactly what you need to do. Also, knowing what challenges lie ahead of you and staying organized will help keep you to the task at hand. Being an effective leader does not mean getting everything right; it means effectively trying to help your employees resolve their issue.
