Judaism Essay
“Jewish would have to make offerings to God for many things. For the Sin offering, you must bring a bull with no defects and present it to the Lord at the entrance of the Tabernacle, lay his hand on the bull’s head, and slaughter it before the Lord. Then the high priest will take some of the bull’s blood into the tabernacle, dip his finger and sprinkle it seven times before the Lord in front if the inner curtain of the sanctuary. The priest will then put some of the blood on the horns of the alter for fragrant incense that stands in the Lord’s presence inside the Tabernacle. He will pour the rest of bull’s blood at the base of the alter for burnt offerings at the entrance of the Tabernacle. Then the priest must remove all the fat of the bull to be offered as a sin offering.” The book of Genesis starts with God creating the world in six days. That’s where Judaism comes in. Abraham was appointed by God to be the father of many nations. There were also some minor leaders/prophets like Isaac, Jacob, Aaron, King David, King Solomon, Ezekiel, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Amos, Malachi and Zechariah. Judaism is a religion based on the belief that there is one God who revealed His divine pattern for life for all mankind through the Torah. This book was given to Moses and the Jewish people on Mount Sinai. The Jews

Jews gather together for a number of important holidays (sacred becoming a community). The holidays, festivals, and the Sabbath offer Jewish people a chance to set aside sacred time, (prayer and ritual). Almost the whole of Jewish history and teaching is embodied in its holidays/festivals -- in which traditions are passed from one generation to the next by means of stories, actions, symbolic food, and singing. Most festival celebrations are based on the home and family, with the events of the past being re-enacted in a way that makes them meaningful to present-day life. In my essay, I have discussed the holidays I was most interested in, which are the High Holidays (Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, and the Days of Awe), two of the three pilgrimage festivals (Sukkot and Passover), and Hanukkah.…

Propaganda, the relocation of people to the Ghettos, the creation of laws to strip people of their rights, and the use of technology to increase the efficiency of the machinery of genocide. Genocide is a term created after World War II to describe the systematic murder of an entire, political, cultural, or religious group. These are just some of the numerous systems that Adolf Hitler used to implement the Holocaust. Because of Hitler, nearly six million Jews were exterminated. Hitler's idea of a "perfect world" was a world full of people, but only people with blonde hair and blue eyes, although he himself had dark hair and brown eyes. (history:www.nmholocaustmuseum.com) It is vital to remember and pass to a new generation the history and lessons of the Holocaust since over 5.7 million Jewish people had their lives taken away by a man who was intolerant of their religion.
