Under certain conditions a war can be morally justified, if it is in accordance with the Marshall Plan which the Americans invented. According to the Marshall plan, war can be waged when it protects human-rights from being violated, in self-defence, to prevent genocide, civilians are spared from violence and if it restricts more dangerous weapons.
Though, the concept of just war is rarely observed. In most wars, the intention of going to war started with just war. However, during war cruelty increases and morality vanishes due to the survival instincts and the psychical traumas in which people suffer from. In the end, most wars escalate into something much worse than war, a Hell. In this manner, war cannot be morally justified since morality doesn’t exist anymore.
