I believe that we have a strong case and with your cooperation we can continue to move forward in these legal proceedings. With that said we request that you call our firm to schedule a meeting as there are some follow up questions we would like to ask you.
We ask that when you come in to meet with our team you bring any documentation
that might be relevant to your case. If possible specific documents we are requesting are your MCI records contract, copies of your medical bills pertaining to care required from the accident, any medical records you have or can obtain from your stays in the hospitals in Paxton, Chicago and Kansas City, discharge paperwork from all three hospitals you stayed at due to the accident, we also need driver’s license verification stating that at the time you had a license to drive a motorcycle. Please bring anything else with you that you feel necessary to bring a case against the defendants.
