Dear Captain, I would like to file a complaint against one of your constituent by the name of Lanie (formerly Lanie Ferrer).
Lanie and me together with my wife and my son ,entered to an agreement or contract (here in the house) that lanie will render services as our house helper. Her salary as we agreed is 2,500Php a month with free meals, snacks or merienda; including her daily use such as toothpaste bath soap and Etc.
Our problem is that, she got 4,100 Php as advance payment .But after one month, with several absences she did never come back for work ,Worst is that before getting that 4,100 Php, she told that the money will be used by her repay the advance she got from another supposed employer.
This developed us into further conclusion that Lanie is doing this as her usual modus operandi. She also did to my brother and my sister-in-law years ago with same modus operandi as revealed by them.
With the above-mentioned complaint we are asking your office for abrupt action, fair decision, and most of all, the return of portion advance (as per attached computation )which was not repaid to us in full services as we verbally agreed.
You know Captain, scarce resources nowadays, is hard to find and hard to acquire.
