Juveniles And Crime Research Paper

People make irrational decisions, and many of these people are juveniles. Juveniles steal, vandalize, violate the curfew, drink illegally, and many other illegal activities but the most shocking one of all is that some of them kill. Youths who commit crimes are criminals, they continue to commit crimes and do not get a reasonable punishments. People say that children learn from their mistakes but so do adults. We continue to learn from our mistakes everyday so why should minors get treated any different from adults when they commit the same crimes. Juveniles are categorized as being immature because they have not reached adulthood, they perform reckless activities and do not expect any consequences for their actions. Some say morals are learned
and others say that morals are taught at birth but either way a criminal must be punished depending on how severe the crime is. Juveniles must get the justified punishment for their crimes, for example, if a minor murders someone intentionally then they must receive the death penalty.
