Katyana Incident Report
At this time Present Danger is not being identified. The household consists of Shirley Ann Casanova (mother), Katyana Marie Henderson (CV-9), Ricardo Jose Vasquez (CV-12), and Phillip Summers (AP-Paramour). A report was received on 07/19/2017, indicating that the paramour (Phillip) went to Katyana bedroom around 1:00 am while Delyza (Katyana cousin) and Katyana were at sleep. It was said that Phillip rubbed Delyza’s back and tried to play with her pants. According to the report, Phillip drinks everyday a case of beers and becomes “sloppy & “nasty” when he drinks. It was also said that an incident of domestic dispute happened last year between Shirley and Phillip and these allegations were already investigated.

Kaytana expressed that her cousin (Delyza) told her that her stepfather (Phillip) was touching her and was about to grab her while she was asleep and woke up. According to Kaytana, Delyza called her mother and then left to New York City. Kaytana disclosed that about 1 ½ year ago, was touched inappropriately by Phillip. She indicated that the incident occurred while she was asleep, and woke-up and saw that he touched her on the front private parts area for a “short no long” period. She described that he touched her like a grab with clothes on. She denies being touched since this incident occurred. Ricardo denies being touched
