VII. System and Forms Design
A.System
We use the MYOB Software of the Mind Your Own Business Software in our day-to-day operation. This system provides reports and on managing the business and on serving the customer’s needs. It also provide the preview of financial statements and give the management the right to delineate the setting of the software in order to control users common errors. These software also provide accounting retail and professional task solution, web hosting and even online banking.
B.Form Design In our restaurant, we use various form of operating procedures and tools for the data collection.
1.Tax Form-is a blank document or template supplied by government for use in the reporting of tax information to the government or to potential taxpayers. Specific tax forms are intended to be used by taxpayers, the government itself, or private entities that are required to report information on the tax liabilities of other private entities.
2. Code of Conduct-is a set of rules outlining the responsibilities of or proper practices for an individual, party or organization. Related concepts include ethical codes and honor codes.
3. Official receipt- Official receipts can help avoid any financial misunderstandings or errors and can be referred back to should anything be questioned later on. While most official receipts are carried out in professional manner, it is possible to make your own make-shift document by hand if you are not in the position to create one with a template on the
