I'm Branko Duvnjak, Director of Klimaoprema, a joint stock company from Samobor.
Klimaoprema is an old company from Samobor that has existed since '75 and over the years has evolved into a company that now employe more than 220 people.

I would single out our division called The Clean Room Technology, which among other things develops the most demanding operating rooms. Operating rooms are delivered throughout Europe, over 100 operating rooms to the Western European market, the market of Russia.

I must stress the excellent cooperation with the local authorities, that is the County of Zagreb and the City of Samobor in all matters when we needed help.

I would like to especially emphasize that during the construction of these new facilities, both times when there was construction, we very quickly and expeditiously received everything we needed. Therefore, the exact opposite experience than what can be heard in other parts of the

About eight months ago, we were approached by a representative from FloorCo Inc. regarding a rather remarkable new product that they had created. The representative told us that FloorCo had created a new process whereby they could fabricate a commercial hardwood flooring that retained a durable glossy shine "virtually forever." They called this new flooring "Evershine." As you know, all of our barbecue restaurants have hardwood floors. The hardwood floors provide us with a "country" atmosphere that our customers expect when they walk into a Pig-Out restaurant. We have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars over the last eight years just maintaining the floors in our restaurants nationwide. We thought that this might be a wonderful opportunity to enhance the appearance of our restaurants while at the same time cut down on our huge maintenance costs. We agreed to discuss it at a board meeting and contact FloorCo at a later date.…

    K-Swiss Company Analysis

Brief History – K-Swiss, Inc. is a shoe company founded in 1966 by two brothers from Switzerland, Art and Ernie Brunner, who moved to Southern California in 1960. The two brothers were former top skiers, and took a heavy interest in tennis when they moved to the United States. Finding the current canvas style tennis shoe to be disappointing, they decided to construct and sell their own high performance tennis shoe. This shoe featured all-leather material, a shock-absorbing insole, a one-piece rubber outsole with a reinforced toe design, a d-ring lacing system, and a five stripe system down the side of the shoe to resist stretching. These features resulted in a high quality shoe priced at $20—approximately 2.5 times the price of the canvas tennis shoe at the time.…
