As the year goes on, they start to receive threats in letters and sabotage in their work. Someone who is working for the school is trying their best to get them kicked out. Henry, Adam, and Rohan try to figure out who it could be. First, Rohan is sabotaged by having an allergic reaction to nuts. Rohan normally gets the blueberry muffins but one day his muffin had nuts in it. He had trouble breathing and had to be sent to the nurse. Adam was then stabbed in fencing when a sword wasn’t blunted and ended up bleeding, he was sent to the nurse. Rohan was also expelled from the school for reasons that weren’t his fault. …show more content…

Sir Frederick was one of the people they thought they could trust, but in the end they were betrayed by him. Henry and Adam confronted Sir Frederick and he confessed his plans for going to war with the Nordlands. Luckily, Lord Havelock was outside of the door and overheard everything Sir Frederick

Objects made of fabric, cord, skin, and other organic materials no doubt date back to the very earliest archaeological periods but they rarely survive. The introduction of pottery in a culture seems to coincide with the adoption of a sedentary way of life.…

In this example the proffered glass refers to soma. Soma in the new world is taken to relieve stress and forget one’s problems. There are hypnopaedic phrases to make children want to take soma such as “A gram in time saves nine,” or “One cubic centimetre cures ten gloomy sentiments,” (Huxley 99). Although the sayings are pumped into children’s’ ears thousands of times Bernard seems to not have absorbed them. There is a strange connection between the supernatural, nature, and women present in medieval ballads and Breton lais. These features can be found to cause a different look at women and the power that they harness. The women of “The Knight and the Shepherd’s Daughter,” “James Harris, (The Daemon Lover),” and “Sir Orfeo” all exist within two separate worlds which allows them to hold more power than they would in just one. All of them possess a quality that enabled them to cross from one world to the next in order to make men give them what they deserve. Through further exploration of the supernatural and natural influence these women posses, we can identify the way that they hold a unique power over men.…
