Lao Tsu, a Chinese author named Li Erh , was known for his writing “Tao te Ching.” In Lao Tzu’s “Tao-te Ching” he says “ nonsense makes perfect sense” (214) He states that leaders should practice non doing concept to govern their counties, and ambition and desire will cause unstable life. Also, he mentions that leaders only use weapons for utmost restraint. His philosophy displays the ways which people can not note, makes meaningful senses. However, a lot of people criticize that it is incredible to be no change because changes are the opportunities to improve. “ The more weapons you have, the less secure people will be.” Lao Tzu says. (209). A genuine leader should avoid to use it because his people will fear of him. In additions, he mentions when a leader rejoices in victory by using military force, his happiness is establish on the harm of the people who were defeated from another country. Consequently, the best leader who should use the genuineness to govern the country and avoid use military to intrude other countries except to protect the country. Lao Tzu says “ Practice not doing, and everything fall into place.” (206). The universe is forever out of control. When some things were changed, it will cause the opposite, so the best way to govern countries is practice not doing. Also, He indicates that a leader let go of the law, the economics, the religion, and all desire, people will become honest, prosperous, and serene (57). In other words, if leaders try not to control, people will live without stressful. Therefore, the country can live longer. on the other hand, trying not control make leaders less power and are despised. A leader should make change for the country to get stronger to avoid other countries’
