a. In which segment of the microwave market was Le Petit Chef initially operating and why were its products well received in this segment?
Le Petit Chef had two possible innovation projects to counter the problems it faced: Producing a Fraternité platform (either as a downgrade from the Egalité platform or as a completely new platform) and developing “fuzzy technology”.
