Thesis Statement: Leadership is an action and not a position
Are you an aspiring leader? Do you want to be a part of it? Are you willing to be a role model? Good communicator? And be a servant leader? This essay is all about Leadership. According to Wikipedia and dictionary, Leadership is defined as a process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task. The purpose of this essay is to explain further that, Leadership is an action and not a position. My heart was scattered into pieces, knowing that my plans were sabotage. I thought this experience would hinder me in giving service. Truly, in giving service, a lot of obstacles will try to pull you down. In a world of leadership, there are two kinds of people; leaders and followers. I’ve read a lot of essays about leadership. According to them, “followers are the people that never take a leadership role in any activity, while leaders are the ones that use their leadership skills to make a difference in this world”. It was also mentioned, “Leadership is not something you can learn
