The ability to organize and lead people is supposed to be an essential feature in any type of the human activity. However, some occupations require the specific managerial and leadership skills. In fact, the profession of the advanced practicing nurse is considered to be the one that requires not only the high level of the expertise, but also the specific leadership skills of the APN practitioners. In addition the ANP should act in relevance to the professional code of ethics. In fact, the ethical basis of professional activities of nurse implies the compassion and sincere attitude. The major tasks of the professional activity of nurses involve the integrated comprehensive care for patients aimed to alleviating of their suffering, assuring the recovery and rehabilitation as well as the general health promotion and disease prevention (Marcovits, 2011).
The nurse should respect the inalienable rights of every human being to enjoy the highest standard of physical and mental health as well as to receive the adequate medical care. The nurse is required to provide quality patient care that meets the principles of humanity and professional standards. APNs are morally responsible for their actions to the patient, colleagues and society. Thus, the professional and ethical duty of the nurse implies, in accordance to their competence, the provision of the best possible the emergency medical care to anyone who needs
